Baldoria Vermouth, a new brand introduced by the same company behind The Little Red Door in Paris, offered a portfolio of nine vermouths with distinct flavor profiles. James, spearheading of the teams comprehensive brand management and strategic implementation in the market resulted in successful growth across all SKU’s.
With such a diverse portfolio, James task was to engage clients and customers across the range and ascertain appropriate installation of single SKU’s into their listed drinks program.
